Alexander Rink

Dipl.-Ing (Fh) Architektur

Alex graduated University of Applied Science Bochum, Germany. He joined Hill Thalis in April 2006. Before commencing at Hill Thalis, he travelled extensively throughout Australia. Since joining Hill Thalis, Alex has worked on the following projects:

In Germany, Alex worked as a Student Assistant for Prof.Dr. Heiner Krumlinde and Dipl.-Ing Georg Poensgen, faculty of design and interior design at the University of Applied Science Bochum, Germany.

After graduating Alex worked at Agirbas Wienstroer, Architektur und Staedtebau Neuss, Germany:

  • Harburger Schlossinsel, Hamburg, urban ideas competition
  • IGS 2013, Hamburg, landscape design competition, 2nd place

Alex has a strong interest in environmental technologies. Alex has taught in the Advanced Environmental Control Course at the University of Technology, Sydney and is also teaching Vectorworks at the Sydney College of Fine Arts.
