Madeleine Rowe

Madeleine joined Hill Thalis in 2018 after working at leading practices Sam Crawford Architects and PTW Architects.

A registered Architect within NSW, Madeleine is experienced in all stages of project realization, from project inception through to site services and contract administration. With over 6 years’ experience, Madeleine has worked across a wide range of building typologies including high end single residential, finely crafted public projects, aged care facilities, multi residential and justice spaces.

Graduating from UNSW in 2012, Madeleine was awarded the FJMT UNSW Graduate of the Year and was a nominee for the Architects Medallion. During her Masters of Architecture, she completed an exchange programme at Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain. Upon graduation, Madeleine travelled to Papua New Guinea volunteering with the Sago Network where she was involved in a pit toilet programme and engaged in community consultation, capacity building and knowledge exchange.

Madeleine has participated in several design juries at University of Technology Sydney and in 2018 was an assistant design tutor within the Masters of Architecture at the University of NSW.
